TORTILLAS NutriorganiC have already the PTC patent for product development, patent for drafting the cactus flour, NOM protocol for corn-cactus tortillas and the brand TORTILLAS DE GUANAJUATO in Europe .
The project has been accompanied by a market research to its marketing in the European Union, mainly in Spain and France.
Clinical analysis of the consumption of TORTILLAS NutriorganiC have been initiated at the University of Guanajuato in order to have the controlled clinical trial in patients to confirm the benefits of consuming this product.
This blend of cactus, inulin and flaxseed has been defined under the Fiberfull system.
By the result of clinical tests of product consumption and food science analysis TORTILLAS NutriorganiC are recommended by the CIPAIDIM (Innovation Center for Prevention and Comprehensive Diabetes Mellitus).
